peace of mind SiteSecure can customize our operating procedures to meet your needs. Our standard operpating procedures include verification of the alarm with proper identification, police or fire dispatch as needed, notification to the contact list and follow-up with the authorities.
Non-Supervised Digital (NSD)
Small commercial service monitoring burglary, fire, panic, holdup, low battery and A/C fail.
Communicator Test (Timer Test)
The system sends a communicator test on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to ensure the system is operable. These tests log to the account history and can he monitored with a schedule. If the system fails to send a communicator test, we will notify the subscriber.
Open/Close (O/C)
Commercial systems report arming (closing) and disarming (opening) and log to the account history.
Log only O/C signals log to the account history without any schedule or operator intervention. Reports can he mailed on a weekly or monthly basis and accessed and printed from the internet.
Supervised — O/C signals report based on a predetermined schedule. In the event an opening or closing is missed, we notify the contact list. Burglary and trouble conditions are also included with this service.
Elevator Phones
We provide a dedicated 800 number for each elevator and respond to emergencies with fire rescue as well as building maintenance.
Cellular
In the event of a phone line cut, send signals via a cellular backup transmitter.
Services range from basic residential to supervised U.L. burglary and U.L. fire.
Long Range Radio
Signals are transmitted over a private radio network. Services range from basic to supervised with communicator tests.
Alarmnet, Procom and Uplink are separate accounts with additional charges.
Environmental
Temperature alert, low and high water levels and chlorine gas are a few examples of conditions that can he monitored on a standard account.
